David Audu was born and Raised in Kaduna.
He studied Medicine at Vinnitsa National Medical University in Ukraine where he graduated as a Medical Doctor in 2019. He has been telling stories for as long as he can remember in one form or the other. He was never formally trained in the Literary Arts and whatever he learned, came from 'raiding' his Mother's Literature mini-library as a child and the little 'Essays' his mother made him write over the holidays - That's where he discovered he had a flame for writing. He is still evolving in his talents and skill, however, he is more intentional about it than when he was younger. When he is not thinking of/doing anything medically related, he writes poems and short-stories. He self-published a book, in 2017, Via Kindle-Publishers on Amazon and later on 'Okadabooks' platform. Some of his poetry pieces are featured on his Instagram page and his Short-stories can be found on his 'Medium' page. David loves cats, he thinks they are conceited and majestic creatures. He loves music, cooking, travelling , movies and a good read! |
