Gimbiya Galadima is a Poet, Storyteller, and Content Writer. She is currently a Medical Student at the University of Benin, Nigeria. Her works have been published in Ibua Journal, Okadabooks, NSPP, SubSaharan Magazine, and Kreative Diadem. In 2019, she released her first poetry collection T.I.R.E.D. – a collection of humorous poems that highlight pressing societal issues. Her poems are written to tell unique Nigerian family stories that are relatable and funny at the same time. In addition, she is an avid cinephile and proud book collector.
When she is not writing poems and short stories, she writes technical pieces and articles under the pseudonym Juxtathinka. In 2021, she was a HackerNoon Blogging Fellow and contributed over thirty articles in different niches on the website.
