Henry Chukwuemeka Onyema studied History and International Studies at Imo State University. His short stories, essays and articles have been extensively published online and in print media such as SUN newspaper (Nigeria), Brittle Paper, Kalahari Review, Qwenu.com and Africanwriter.com. His short fiction has won prizes such as the first prize in the JLF competition (2010), highly commended award in the Commonwealth short story competition (2005) and In-house winner, Magic Wand Romance Contest (2019). He recently published his first novel 'In Love and In War.'
