Kolade Oluwapelumi David was born and bred in Ibadan, Nigeria. He studied Civil Engineering, at the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta. He is an ardent lover of the arts. He released his first poetry collection as a promotional chapbook – (Love Diary) in January 2017 as a free e-book which generated quite a buzz on the internet; getting features on platforms such as Pulse Nigeria. He is getting ready to release its paperback version alongside his long-awaited second poetry collection titled “Only Just a boy” in 2019. As a student in the university, he was nominated as one of the best students in Poetry at the CXT awards.

Kolade Pelumi is also the creative director of online entertainment outfit @vexscheworld. He is a fashion enthusiast, lover of photography and music.
